SafeGuard Document Destruction provides businesses with a security solution for destroying confidential information. Our service protects your company from fraud, loss of trade secrets, and other security failures. We ensure proper compliance with privacy laws and regulations.

We offer three services that can be used separately or in combination:

Plan 1—Our mobile shredding unit goes directly to your site.
This unit is a self-contained truck that generates its own electrical power. Our shredder enables us to shred 2000-3000 pounds of material hourly. The shredder is so powerful that there is no need to remove paper clips, file clips, rubber bands, or even file folders.

Plan 2—Scheduled destruction pick-up program.
SDD will tailor a systematic destruction program to capture daily confidential papers generated in the office. This will prevent sensitive information ending up in the common trash can. This should be prevented by establishing strategically placed security consoles throughout the office. The furniture-like appearance adds a greater level of security than any trash can.

Plan 3—Off-Site Destruction.
This plan is designed for larger-volume clients. The materials are loaded into our secured truck. Upon completion of loading, the truck is locked. When the truck arrives at our facility, the material is destroyed.

Residential Shredding
For residential paper shredding, we can dispatch a truck to your residence on a day when we are in your area.

Other Services
In addition to paper shredding, SDD also offers specialized shredding of products and magnetic media.

Whatever plan you choose our experienced uniformed, bonded representatives have committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and customer satisfaction in the industry. SDD will provide your company with a choice of lockable containers to implement a secure document destruction program. All containers are free of charge. SDD provides accountability receipts and a certificate of destruction with each invoice.
